Kirat Rai, an indigenous community, is organising an international conference and Kirat Mahotsav in April to safeguard common identity and development of Rai culture, language and tradition. The main objective of the two-day conference is to unite all Rais living across the world and persuade them for the development of their language, culture and tradition, said main organising committee of Kirat Rai International Conference.
Rai people from Deheradhun, Sikkim, Darjeeling and Asham of India; Hong Kong; the UK; Japan; America; and some other countries will participate in the function, which will be held at City Hall from April 10-11.
During Kirat Mahotsav different Kirat descendants—Rai, Limbu, Yakha, Sunuwar and minorities like Haayu, Surehlu, Jirel and Thami—will present different cultural shows. The three-day Mahotsav will be held at Tundikhel from April 12-14.

Is there anybody going for this "Kirat Rai International conference" from Canada and Australia?
All Kirati leaders, people, kirat political parties and kirat intellectuals must focus on 2 things…
First highest Priorities and must be Alert on….
(1) New Nepal restructuring - (Rights, states geographical boundaries and geo-resources) etc.
(2) New Nepal Constitution - (Indigenous Rights, Inclusion reserve quotas in government employment, higher education scholarship, self-determination and self-govern etc).
These things drive you and all your communities toward either "Hell" or "Heaven" ...... you make your decision quick
Second priorities on….
(1) All kirat must Unite and build on “United Kirat Script” and open kirat language schools, or Nepali government must include kirat language in all Nepali institutions (schools, colleges and universities).
(2) Kirat history must re-write officially, published officially and teach in all Nepali institutions.
(3) All Kirati unite and establish “Kirat Religion”, “Kirati God and Goddess”. Find out their godly figure and name of religion.
What do you think kiratis!!!! Does anybody have any good and positive ideas...

I agree with this but the problem is that the Limbu has Sirijanga Script and the other hand the khambu has no script's name.

You do not separate with Rai, Limbu, Sunuwar, Yakkha......
All must used "Sirijanga Script". By historical proved that Sirijunga was a kirati activist and language teacher.... but not kirat script originator. 100 kirati kings and kirati cheiftans used to communitcate with kirat script in thier official communication.... before Sirijunga born.

For all Kirati people, communities and kirati Leaders,
If we implement a New ethnic based Federal Systems, this ethnic based Federal systems would be the greatest disaster for all Nepalese and Nepal. It will be very bad for country security, sovereignty, development and unity.
None of the intelligent and developed western countries have this kind of Ethnic Federal systems in their countries. Because they know that it is deadly wrongful for country security, sovereignty, development and unity. Ethnic Federal systems means separate from country with “heart and mind”. It is only for “sweet dream” but “bad reality”.
Instead of demanding Ethnic based Federal systems, it would be wise to demand MORE SPECIAL RIGHTS FOR INDIGENOUS PEOPLE OF NEPAL IN
(1) RESERVE QUOTAS IN NEPALI POLITICAL LEADERSHIP ROLES
(2) SERVE JOBS IN GOVERNMENT
(3) MORE INDIGENOUS RIGHTS IN OWN VILLAGE, DISTRICT AND ZONE DEVELOPMENTS
(4) New Federal Systems must be wisely or scientifically or geographically divide for each Federal states but not Ethnic based.
We must ask somehow/something or many thing from special rights from central government or central political parties of Nepal.
Our (kirat/indigenous) people main or major root problems are racial discrimination, Central government rule, heavy national crimes and corruption by chettris-bahuns regime tec. But to relief with these bad driving forces, we should not ask/demand separation from mother land Nepal.

My thought or view in this event....
Do not expect "KIRAT RAI YAYOKKHA NEPAL" will personally contact with you for Kirat Rai International Convention". I think that they have problem and difficulties on technical, physical, mental and expertise on for this. But it seems that KRY Nepal is trying to their best and working very hard.
Do not expect they come to you..... but go for them to help them.
They do not have petrolium, electricity, internet, phone, water and other basice daily needs to perform this big event. So the best thing is to do "HELP THEM".

I think Kirat Rai Yayokkha Central Nepal must focus on ....these issues...
(1) Kirat Unity or Unified Kirat
(2) Unified Kirat script
(3) Kirat language in Nepali schools, boarding schools, colleges, Universities etc.
(4) new constitution of Nepal - more indigensou rights or reservation quotas
(5) New Federal State (BUT NOT ETHINIC FEDERAL STATES)
(6) Unified kirat - one god one religion
