The fifth expanded meeting or plenum of the Maoist party has passed the political report by Prachanda, unanimously, with some amendments.

Earlier, Maoist chairman Prachanda defended his political report and replied to queries raised by party leaders regarding party's strategy and tactics, on Tuesday, at the party's fifth plenum.

In his report, Prachanda has proposed launching movement in case the Constituent Assembly (CA) election is not held on time.

His report has also put forth two preconditions for the CA election – immediate republic announcement by the parliament and adoption of fully Proportional Representation based election system.

According to Maoist deputy commander Barshaman Pun aka Ananta, the Maoists will enter into different alliance if its preconditions are not met. "We will go to the streets for agitation by forging republican alliance," he said.

The plenum is expected to conclude on Wednesday. It had started last Friday.

Meanwhile, the Maoists have publicised the property details of their central committee members.

According to report by Nepal FM, the 34 central committee members have stated that they collectively own Rs 36.3 million worth properties. According to the report, Ram Karki has the highest amount of properties at Rs 3.8 million followed by Lekhraj Bhatta, and Ananta. Likewise, Dr. Baburam Bhattarai has recorded that he owns Rs 300,000 worth properties while his wife Minister Hishila Yami has Rs one million. Information Minister Krishna Mahara is reported to own Rs 300,000 while Dinanath Sharma owns Rs 475,000. Lokendra Bista, Maoist MP, is reported to have recorded the lowest amount of property at Rs 3000.

Maoist central committee meeting begins:-

Ahead of the fifth extended meeting of the party, the central leaders of the CPN (Maoist) began their discussion at party chairman Prachanda's residence in Kathmandu Tuesday morning.

The central committee meeting was delayed by two days as the leaders based in various districts could not arrive on time due to floods and rains.

The central committee meeting will finalise the party's strategies and agendas for the upcoming extended meeting to be held for the first time since the party came into open politics. The extended meeting will be attended by over 1600 party leaders.

The extended meeting is scheduled to begin on August 3 amid differences among the party leaders over the future strategies. The previous extended meeting held in India had taken important decisions on the party's war tactics.

This time the Maoist leaders will review the achievements of the strategies set earlier and devise the future action plans.

No fairness and No trust inside Maoist Leadership and organization:-

All Chettris and Bahuns of Maoist leaders are spending lavish life freely in Kathmandu. They legally became Minister and Parliament member of Nepal governments. They have money, power and reconization from national and international countries.

But all Kirati and Indigenous Leaders are living in dark, remote and poor condition in jungle. They have no knowledge and no information what is going on Maoist party and Nepal government. They are living like animal of zoo.

It is exactly how Chettris and Bahun used Indigenous, kirati and Indian gorkha ex-army and did revolution 2007. B.P, Matrika, Girija koirala and their families were living in New Delhi Manson with their full Luxury.

When all indigenous and kirati people completed hand to hand revolutionary battles and won victory.... B.P and all his koirala family flew to kathmandu and anounced Victory over Rana Regimes. But all indigenous and kirati revolutionaries whoever faction from BP and koirala families were get kill and vanished.

All Koirala families, Chettris and Bahuns become ministers, parliament members, 1st class officers, Army general and high ranking police officers.

and All indigenous and kirati leaders become just a members of Nepali Congress Party. We got nothing at last.
