Title: Resrvation / Quota for Indigenous ethnics

Government has recently endorsed that 45% seats will be reserved for Women,Madhesis,Dalits and Indigenous ethnic groups in beurocracy,police and army.I am personally pleased about the decision.This should have happened long time ago.This is one of the best and effective ways to uplift marginalised communities.USA,India and many other countries have been practising Reservation / Affermative action for ages.

However,Indigenous ethnics will get only a quarter of 45% i.e.only about 10% of all the seats ! This is not really enough(ethnics make 40% of the total population).Nevertheless,it is better than nothing,and will need regular review in future.

Our youth must know about it,and they should start preparing for the posts soon after their college.
Newars being advanced ethnic group should not have the seats reserved for ethnics,otherwise all the reserved seats will be occupied by them.
The reserved seats for women must be shared proportionately among women belonging to different groups,otherwise bahun and newar women will occupy all the seats reserved for women. ...

I am also happy to know that the government is providing the reservation but the percent that they are providing is remarkably low. That issue should be well understood by us. Among ethnic group there is a fierce competition to get those seats by one only so those seats should be utilized for all the backward ethnic group. Since we know there will be a fierce competition we should me mentally ready with the knowledge in our hands. The work of brains come here and I hope most of our youths who are in a delimma of chossing their future will understand that well.
Yes once a person or a group gets power it is rare chance that others might get that. we have to fight for that. But we have to prepare our backup ready for the every worse situation either it is through intellectual minds or revolutionary minds.
Recently the government of Australia showed their positive steps by begging sorry in public annoucement to the aboriginals who were dominated by the whites fur about 200 years in their own country. This shows that a developed countrys people are also suffering discimination but that has been addressed now. So that will take a positive path now. But in our case we might wait for a long time before that situation comes. But we don't want to wait for long time and for that UNITFYING among us is the best solution.
Political Mind is what we will need to get our goal. Isn't there any party that will favour us? many janajatis are opening lots of parties and segregrating themshelves. This will be a best chance for our opposition to take power again. so youths need to step on iy now.
So we should be ready for any condition that comes ahead of us due to the political unrest that is in Nepal now. The most concerned factor is our youths. They should be well prepared for the coming time and there must be unity and trust among ourself.

Inidgenous and backward reservation Quota in Education, government employments, social and political participation (representative) Quota thru Nepali constitution, law and government ... UNLESS you organize, Unite and standup in your feet (own political party) and fight for your rights in Nepal.

Nobody feed you and build a home for you.

You have to work hard, earn and build a house for yourself.

Think quick and understand quick before its too late.
