Above all.... Tuesday, March 25th 2008, 12:54 AM Every word Subir ji, Binita Ji, Premraini ji, Akash ji, tagera ji and Sangita ji have said are correct. These are the perspecrtives that an educated Kirat need to look upon. Sometime we have to involve oursef in such activities that can generate some new revolution among our people. We have to make them understand the strength of eucation, way of earning good money, change their thinking and way of living so that some day our people will be on the top.

Lack of Vision and hard work Monday, March 24th 2008, 8:26 PM We majority kirati people were backward in education and awarness, so we majority kirati people have great Lack of Vision and hard work. We can not see that we can earn better money and good living thru higher education. To earn higher education, you need to have great passion, vision and positive can do attitude. We always look fun, enjoy, good food, party, lavish life and quick-easy money... these things and metality are behind our weakness and backwardness. That how we (majority) kirat end-up doing KULLY in foreign lands.

Some important reasons why we are backward Wednesday, March 19th 2008, 12:56 PM 1.Indigenous peoples all over the world are relatively backward,and we are no exception. 2.Political reason:even our KHAS brothers(ruling people) have been talking about marginalisation and need for Indigenous people to be brought into the mainstream. 3.Traditionally Alcohol,and lately Drug problems 4.Paucity of quality education , BUT education begins at home.(If your father is alcoholic who keeps beating your mother and you ;and your mother clings to TV all the time and is only interested in Nakkal , schools and universities would not be effective). 5.Our extreme hypersensitivity which makes us misperceive others.This leads to lack of unity. 6.Excessive pride.Because of this we do not go to people in power or who are more knowledgable-as a result we do not progress.TIRKHA DHAAUN CHHA,KHOLA DAAUNDAINA. 7.Tunnel vision. 8.Black and white thinking. 9.We are good at making enemies NOT friends(we are quarrelsome people), because we are hypersensitive and tend to misperceive other's intention. 10.We tend to blame others rather than look in the mirror.

akash	we do not work hard Tuesday, March 18th 2008, 3:23 PM Comperatively, we do not work hard like other society. It is true. Geographically and politically we're isolated. We're not so behind than other people. We are the richest people of Nepal by cultural heritage. It takes some time to come to front.

its not only why but who made us behind Tuesday, March 18th 2008, 2:31 AM its not only fair enough to think why kirati people are behind...but we need to think as well who made us behind?.. citing the past times...our people were deprived from education and women were totally avoided ....such was the environment and the policy of the bhramnabadi governments policy coz the more people gets educated the more problem will creat for their monopoly..... and since our elder generation are not educated its not possible to think that all of a sudden the younger generation will be educated and developed. if the root is not strong enough ..a tree cant stand for long...its the same.... most of our people live in villages where there is hard life ...school facilties are no available..have to go far distances....and still people are not aware of the value of education. how can we aspect then people from villages will be educated. the way we are talking here is only from the cities concept. we those living in cities and town have almost equal facilities and even our people due to lack of proper guidaence in home because of unedducated parents ...we cant aspect the good result....coz the root is the problem... even,we , so called educated people are only know abt science..maths .,,just a booky education. we lack the fundamental education of living in the society. we cant judge...we cant make perceptions..we cant annalys....which is the weakest point for those who think they are educated generation. only going school is not enough to be educated. polictially motiveness is zero. u wont see heaven unless u die.....if someone come to u and ask for political activeness then he/she will say its the bad game. thats wat making our people in political line. so instead of saying education education education think sometimes from the different angle coz i dont think educating is the sole solution of everything.. the use of education is the most vital part and which we lack.

Work as one Tuesday, March 18th 2008, 2:09 AM We have to increase the number of qualified Kirats so that they can join into the mainsteam of the national aspects. Like government jobs, private sectors. First of all the Kirats are not getting enough exploitment and chances from the government side. Secondly we are adulterated by the various cultures and religions. We are no we in various aspects and that needs to be addressed. This is a social problem and needs to be addressed in proper way for our benifits and development. I totally agree upon Sanhita ji too so we have to advance forward in good education, proper awareness and we have to be united every where. think yourself as Kirat before thinking as Rai, Limbhu, Subba, Yakhha..

Lack of Education, Awareness and Majority Monday, March 17th 2008, 10:04 PM Lack of Education, Awareness and Majority:- Why kirati people are behind? Key factors are Lack of Education, Awareness and Majority. Education: - To have a higher degree education is not only to get a job and earn money. Education is not to become rich. However nowadays Rich people are educated or at least they have high school diploma. Education is not only help you to read, write and speak well, Education helps you to become smart, quick and critical thinker, analyzer and little or more visionary of future. Education can be formal or informal. Formal education can be received by legal institutions (school, college, institute and Universities). Informal education can be received by informal workshop, projects, social works, civil movements etc. Awareness: - Awareness is a type of education. But it is usually earned by people from informal education, social interaction, social works, humanitarian works and self-research-study-involvements in social and politics sectors. It may informal education or formal education. Most probably direct and close relation with informal education but it is root from some relation with formal education, too. Example, Civil Rights, Human Rights, Discrimination, Harassment, Racism, Global warming, Eco cycle, Environment protection, Slavery, Girl and human trafficking, Child Abuse etc. Majority (Quantity):- Some time people, society, country and politics need Majority (mass, quantity) of people for vote, rule, win and govern activities like Politics. Kirat people and communities are facing same problem in Nepali government and Political parties. If you she in Nepal government offices and political parties, Kirati people are countable. That means you can head count of kirati people. Most of the time you can remember or memorize their name and their privacy, too. Because kirati people are too minority in quantity in these fields. When you do not have Majority and back support, you stay as isolation. Most of the time, you can not do anything but obey what they say.
