According to my analysis I have made some points that needs to be taken care by the intellectual youths of our society. It is not a do or die situation and some may feel bad too but this is my experiance.

1.Make family members and community aware about the current trends of the world, education, politics, economics, science, entertainment and many current events.
2.Don’t hesitate to have debate with others in the topics that you know but be a good listener before talking and never try to be expert in the field that you don’t know.
3.Encourage the young ones to do well in education and display the epitome of good education. Show them different options of successful and dignified life and the role of education behind it.
4. Don’t hate politics but develop the skills of political analysis about right and wrong and be able to give own principles with supportive ideas. So don’t limit oneself with the bookish education explore every field when possible.
5. Know precisely about own culture, language, religion, places and peoples because these are the things that make us KIRAT.
6.Try to be self dependent by doing jobs that suits you, labor for a dime before aiming to a successful economy class life. Don’t always look for a job to survive but try to create jobs for others survival.
7.Education never stops so never stop your education at any stage of life and in any form. Education doesn’t mean going to school, college or universities, it is far beyond than that.
8.Studying science, engineering, and medicine doesn’t make anyone great or geek they are only difficult to study and requires regular hard work. Don’t take other subjects lightly and choose them just to get a degree, get something from your education.
9.Don’t think that education will give you job it will make you aware only. So try to be a skillful person and try to know the requirements of current job opportunities.
10.Make your parents proud of yourself for the investment they have made for you and your education.
11.Never disrespect elders, because of them we are here but we should not be satisfied, always set a new height and goals – plenty of things are still there to be done.
12.Try to be direct about the good and bad things and aim of your life. Don’t get outcast from your family and indulge yourself into drugs, prostitution and bad things.
13. Always work in group with a proper strategy to be success and make good friend circle, either it is among Kirats or non Kirats. Never hate non Kirats, but try to gain good characters from them and their culture.
14.Always differentiate between good and bad before doing any action and visualize its consequences at hand.
15.Don’t let others look down upon you. Always think you are the best and prove that by your work not talk.
16.Keep in pace with the current events and technology; don’t misuse the technology for enjoyment only. Technology will help you to survive in this world. Be a professional.
17.Participate in own cultural events, seminars and programs and try to keep up the spirit of the programs giving a true and healthy message about your culture, religion and people to the world that is looking at you and your people.
18.Know others views, respect them and criticize one self. Some time you may cross the boundary unknowingly so watch that too.
19.Male and female are equal in our society and they have equal freedom but don’t misinterpret the freedom and be a senseless wild animal.
20.Try to keep up the dignity of society by doing good things.
21.To the educated Kirat girls: Don’t be a cheap valueless show piece, use your brain for earning your living not body, prove that you all can be successful and famous like the girls of other caste in the fields of education and work not exposure. Don’t be used by others to fulfill their evil desires you are something more and different than that.
22.Don’t always take examples of others; try yourself to be a good example for others.
23.Be constructive and peaceful through mind. Aggression can destroy the human inside you.
24.Always think that you have got chance to study and know many things, there are many Kirats like you who have not got chance to study well, wear well, eat well and even sleep well. Do something for them, get united and do some social works that will help them.
25.Never run behind a politician. Follow the principle that you feel is best but don’t follow a person. It will leave you nowhere.
26.Say no to any kind of drugs and avoid them in any kind of social events. You are watched in society so don’t exploit the drugs as the synonym of Kirats.
27.We are from oriental society and not occidental so never try to mix the occidental culture in own culture, but know and respect others culture.
28.You don’t have to prove anything to any one but be a good person, good son/daughter, sister/brother, student, neighbor, friend, and above all a good KIRAT in this society. ...
