धरान, जेठ १७ - एचआइभी एड्स संक्रमितका लागि सुनसरीमा कार्यरत एक दर्जन संस्थाले जिल्लास्तरीय एड्स समन्वय समिति निस्कृय भएको भन्दै ११ ब“ुदे मागसहित जिल्ला विकास समितिमा ज्ञापनपत्र बुझाएका छन् ।
सुनसरीमा मात्र २ हजार ५ सय व्यक्तिमा एचआईभी संक्रमण भएको र विपी कोइराला स्वास्थ्य विज्ञान प्रतिष्ठानबाट उपचार सेवा लिएर एन्टी रेट्रोभाइरल लिनेको संख्या १ सय १८ जना पुगेको ती संस्थाले जनाएका छन् । समिति सक्रिय नभए त्यसबाट उत्पन्न हुने भयावह परिणामको जिम्मेवारी जिल्ला विकास समितिले लिनुपर्ने चेतावनी ज्ञापनमा दिइएको
छ । उनीहरूले समन्वय समितिलाई संस्थागत रूपमा सकृय बनाउनुपर्ने, संक्रमितलाई सुलभ स्वास्थ्य उपचार व्यवस्था गर्नुपर्ने, एचआईभी एड्स रोकथाम र नियन्त्रणका लागि बाषिर्क बजेट विनियोजन गर्नुपर्ने, विभिन्न राजनीतिक दल, नागरिक समाज, सरोकारवाला समावेश भएको समितिले प्रभावकारिता मूल्याङ्कन गर्न
समन्वय र अनुगमन गर्नुपर्नेलगायत माग गरेका छन् ।
खाना, पोषण र उपचार नपाएरै हालसम्ममा सुनसरीमा मात्र करिब दर्ुइ सय संक्रमितको अकालमा ज्यान गइसकेको छ । राष्ट्रिय एचआईभी तथा एड्स महासंघ पर्ूवाञ्चलका क्षेत्रिय सचिव रोमन र्राईका अनुसार एचआइभी संक्रमणले व्यक्तिलाईमात्र प्रभावित नबनाएर पारिवारिक, सामाजिक, सांस्कृतिक, शैक्षिक, आर्थिक र राजनीतिक क्षेत्रलाई पनि असर पार्न थालेकोले रोकथाम र नियन्त्रणका लागि थप प्रभावकारी कदम चाल्न ज्ञापनपत्र बुझाइएको हो ।
अभिभावकको बेवास्ता, सरोकारवालाको निस्त्रिmयता, प्रसाशनिक निकायको मौनता आदि कारणले सुनसरीमा र्सर्ुइद्वारा लागूपदार्थ लिनेहरू, यौन, अल्पसंख्यक तेस्रो लिङ्गी, यौनकर्मी, तिनका परिवार, स्कुले किशोरकिशोरीहरू उच्च जोखिममा रहेकोले ध्यानाकर्षाका लागि ज्ञापनपत्र बुझाएको धरान पोजेटिभका सचिव खगेन्द्र खड्काले बताए ।
ज्ञापन बुझाउने संस्थामा धरान पोजेटिभ ग्रुप, रिकभरिङ नेपाल, प्रयास महिला समूह, ब्लुडाइमन्ड सोसाइटी, सुनौलो बिहानी प्लस, राष्ट्रिय एचआईभी तथा एड्स महासंघ, धरान युथ सेन्टर, आस्था फाउन्डेसन इटहरी, पुनर्जीवन केन्द्र, मानव अधिकार प्रतिष्ठान सुनसरी, परिवार नियोजन संघ सुनसरीलगायत छन् ।

Limbuwan & Khumbuwan better act quick....
These social kirat organizations must run "Social health problem Awareness workshop" in different communities or villages or towns. They have to gather people and distribute HIV awareness handouts or do the presentation. It helps to educate people quick and helps to be aware about dangerous HIV.
It these things happen too late, we can not save our societies and people. When our people vanish, you vanish automatically. Nobody invisible or immortal. And NO EXCUESS.

All Rai Limbu of Dharan & Jhapa must be AWAKE....
All high schools, colleges and Campus of Dharan and Jhapa must do HIV awarness workshop programs. All Dharan and Jhapa prostitution must be bend and completely clean-up. Must do setup and do in person, family and socities BLOOD TEST & early prevention.
Otherwise this diseas wape-out population of Rai & Limbu. Our future will be dead end.

HIV is serious danger for families, society, country and world...
There is no perfect medicine for HIV... Right now, Medicine is just for suppress but not eliminate HIV.
Best things stay away with youthful sex and prostitution. This disease may have been brought from Silgudi India, Bangkok and Hong Kong.
HIV will distroy person life, families, societies, country and world, too.

Awaking Warnning...
Kirat Organization must do HIV Awarness program around kirat communties otherwise kirat people will vanish like street dogs.
It is very dangerous who has HIV and who does not have.
