Civilised society accepts Hierarchy, therefore there is respect for those in superior positions, wise and learned, wealthy and powerful.Primitive society is egaliterian;people in such society respect others only if they LIKE them.
2.Civilised people are polished, sophisticated and diplomatic, therefore are able to avoid conflicts and achieve goals.Primitive people pride in being straight forward rather than polished and diplomatic.
3.Civilised people think of and plan for many generations, therefore they are economical and careful.Primitive people enjoy life "now and here";they are not good in managing money and future.
4.Civilised people learn early in life from their parents and elders how to survive and excel in this tough and competitive world. In primitive society there is often poor communication;young ones fear elders rather than show genuine respect.Anger, hatred are natural emotions, but more obvious in the primitive society.
5.People in civilised society know how to do business, how to negotiate and how to compromise(they focus on benefit).Primitive people are rigid, uncompromising and not good at business(e.g.they give generously if they like you,but do not give at all if they do not like you even if that meant loss i.e.they focus on likes and dislikes)
The above points are generalisations, and there may be exceptions.
P.S.Give up drugs and alcohol,if you want permanent happiness and progress. ...
