This is one of the topices that needed to be addressed in our circle and I was looking forward for it. Thank you Akash ji you have started the discussion.
God is an imaginary identity that occurs in our mind only so we should not be fooled by someone who tries to be god. If a person does good work he is in the category of god and if he does bad works he is a devil. I am also surprised to hear that many Kirats have left drinking alcohol and became vegeterian through this atmananda. Do somebody have to walk in the path of some named religion to leave his/her bad habits? Can't we give up our bad habits ourself? Do we have to invest money and time to someone and get that ? This is one of the ridiculous thing I have heard of so I see them them as sheeps who are pigheaded and do what they are asked to do. So the Kirat community need to think about these peoples who are coming forward in an organized way. They might be here to destroy our culture and tradition. There lies aquestion again, since when we require a new culture when we already had one?
I also have heard that people from the eastern part are completely being devouted to atmananda. It is good to obey principles but at first please look carefully what you are upto. Please invest the money in something good than giving it to someone fake and useless person. We can be displaced from our path due to these people. Someone should not make fool out of it. For this we have to have the organized social groups who can deal this problem. If these persons were god why can't they make our country better place to live? Why do they have to divert from our mainstream culture and establish as new? There are a lot of questions that we need to realise. So we have to understand the situation befor falling for it.
Regarding me I think these are the fake people having good debatic and talking skills who can attract our minds. They can be in this field for money or some dangerous conspiracy against our culture and people so need to think and act.
Thanks

I also agree with subir ji these lessons should be received by all of our and the coming generation so that there won't be any bad incidents and they will think 1000 times before following these fake people and their culture. Our culture and tradition should not be exploiited in the name of some person who wants to be a god. The main thing is we and our people are pigheaded so we need to think about anything in many dimension not in a single way. So lets keep light in this topic so that we and others might get some education form it.

i dotn believe in anyfrom of gods existances. he is a path finder not a god. the sort of things that they are doing doesnt take our people to the right way. they must stop their brutal behaviours in the name of security. instead they must concentrate on the overall development of kirati community with out any discrimination....which is the base of our social system.

"Aatma Nanda Lingdel "....
Kirat people follow him as a Religious Guru or Leader... BUT NOT as a God.
If anybody follow his as a God that is wrong understanding and wasting his/her most valuable precious time for many things.
But this moment ... Rightnow... Right this time... The most important things for us to (1) Kirat Unified Unity (2) Establish our political party and Leaders (3) Setup social and political - vision, Mission, objectives and goals (4) protect mother land Nepal from Indian invasion and Madheshi people.
Slowly graduatually one step a time... Indian Madhesi people are taking our land and country....
WAKE UP ... THINK DEEPLY....DO SOMETHING ... BEFORE ITS TOO LATE TO SLOVE, FIX AND LOST FOREVER.

1978: Mass suicide leaves 900 dead
The bodies of 914 people, including 276 children, have been found in Guyana in South America.
Most of the dead - members of the People's Temple Christian Church - had consumed a soft drink laced with cyanide and sedatives.
However, the body of the People's Temple charismatic leader, Jim Jones, was said to have a bullet wound in the right temple, believed to be self-inflicted.
The deaths are being linked to the earlier killings of five people, including US Congressman Leo Ryan, on a nearby airstrip.
Mr Ryan had led a fact-finding mission to the church's jungle settlement - Jonestown - after allegations by relatives in the US of human rights abuses.
Last year Jim Jones and most of the 1,000 members of the People's Temple moved to Guyana from San Francisco after an investigation began into the church for tax evasion.
People who had left the organisation told the authorities of brutal beatings, murders and a mass suicide plan but were not believed.
In spite of the tax evasion allegations, Jim Jones was still widely respected for setting up a racially-mixed church which helped the disadvantaged.
Five dead at airport
Leo Ryan's delegation arrived in Jonestown on 14 November and spent three days interviewing residents.
They left hurriedly earlier on Saturday after an attempt on Mr Ryan's life, taking with them about 20 People's Temple members who wished to leave.
Delegation members told police as they were boarding planes at the airstrip a truckload of Jim Jones' guards arrived and began to shoot.
When the gunmen left five people were dead: Congressman Ryan, a reporter and cameraman from NBC, a newspaper photographer and one "defector" from the People's Temple.
A producer for NBC News, Bob Flick, survived the attack.
Mr Flick said: "Every time someone fell down wounded they would walk over and shoot them in the head with a shotgun."

I truly believe in god.I have great respect for spiritual leaders as well. But those men who use force and violence to control their followers and others can not be true spiritual leaders or incarnations. They are either thugs or mentally sick people.

Do not mess up with God and Leader.
God must have historical value, Godly power, Superior problem solver for nature and life. God can be visible or invisible. God supposed to protect nature and life.
Leader is a human being. He or She have a human characters (Laugh, cry, sad, happy, eat, sleep, die). He and she are wise, can influence people for good cause and good direction, lead for social, humanitarian and political sectors.
I believe "Aatma Nanda Lingdel" is a good Leader. I did not hear and see negative matters and things about him sa far.

I do not know much about Atma nanda, therefore no comment on him.I hope he is not using force and intimidation, and his followers are free to leave if they want.
However,I thought we should talk about Cults.History tells us most of the Cults have ended tragically-mostly by mass suicides.
Many Cults have been recorded, but Jim Jones'(in 1970s) was very remarkable and frightening.
