My opinion for kirat Unity and work together is first we have to do....

Increase your knowledge - Study lots of social book, political - books, articles, news.

Go to school, college and university - get the diploma, certificate and higher degree.

Involve and contribute in Kirat social work, Kirat association, Kirat organization.... when we start to work... Then you realize value and importance of kirat unity and work togetherness.

Then you will have formal and informal education.

Then you become “well educated” kirat person.

Then you will know what do you mean to Kirat Unity, Kirat organization and Kirat identity.

Usha: you've raised strong questions, and they are the most serious problems that we are losing our unity. We must have mutual understanding and respect, try to give a good leadership and follow it, unity gives us an empowerment to elevate Kirat identity, it makes enable to gain the Kirat's reality because if we don't know our reality we cannot work,what we should do and we really need to do, separation brings a hostility and we lose our harmonious realationship. Unity must not only thru the mouth, speak and talk... but real and true Kirat Unity must show true Kirati contribution by our own heart and mind.

Kirat unity must show by action and contribution toward Kirat Unity.

We need unity but I don't think that will come as easy as we think. There are various factors that we need to think about before talking about the unity. Recently one of out topic was "Different between Yakhha and Rais" now everyone of us so called rais, Limbhus want to be known with our family name rather than the universal domain of Rai or Limbhu then how is it possible to give a single name to us? The intent of people and the diversity that they are showing will take us in the path of division rather then unity. The question remains if we don't accept ourself as rai or Limbhus then why is it necessary to accept onself as Kirats too? so this things need to be addressed then only ther will be something to talk otherwise if we start representing ourself as Yakhha, Chamling, Bantawa, Lohurung, Dumi..etc how many are there and this diversity can't be solved even though we talk about unity we want to be different. This is what I have analysed through the mind of the so called kirats....

Before you SPEAK OUT before you Cry out and before you take action....

Do you homework first...

(1) Read lots of Anthropological, Historical, Social and Political books and Articles.

(2) Do you own Research on Kirat and their History? You can not find it in Nepali school and university's books. You have to dig your ancestor’s graves.

(3) Read books is written by - Iman Singh Chemjong, Dr. Sawami Prapanacharya (Kale) Rai, & Durga Hang. Then you will open your eye and cap of your brain.

(4) Take a moment and time... sit back and take deep breath and deeply think - what is going on Nepali social and political sector since 6 decades. Why Kirat and Indigenous people are so behind?

Then it helps you to take right direction. It helps to think, speak and take action correctly. Otherwise you may create all kind of troubles within Kirat societies and you may destroy kirat communities. Because lack of these knowledge and information, whatever you do, you could end of your actions in the wrong directions.

We (Kirati) people and kirati communities must have Nepali Social and Political Awareness and must have very clear understanding why kirat must need UNITY?

Then people think and move toward Unity and working together.

There are bunch of hooligan so called educated people who do not even know what does mean kirat, kirat history and if these people lead to kirat communities, they will be disasters for kirat people.

These people take you aggressively wrong direction in the name of kirat culture preservation and promotion.

Nepali institutional books do not provide education and information about kirat history, religion, culture and language, social situation and political situation. So even kirat people educated under Nepali institution, they have the great LACK of social and political Awareness. So they key factors leads to them in their weakness in kirat Leadership role.
