It is the best question among of kirat societies, communities, organization ant to kirat leaders..
Yes, very very little new young kirati generation aware of this topic. But we can count them on our hand. Not many.
No, I believe that more than 90% to 94% new generation kirat have NO IDEA about this topic like social, cultural, heritage, history, preservation, promotion, ethnic language, ethnic identity and its value as well as importance. Most of them have ZERO idea.
Real Life problem about this matter in kirat societies:
(1) Great lack of Education and Awareness among Kirati Parents or Kirati homes.
Home is the first greatest learning school and parents are the teachers. If parents both are not educated and aware, they can not teach their children good things and they can not encourage for education, too. This social problem is running in life cycle of kirat society and community. They think going Arab and foreign countries with risking life is easier and quicker earning wealth than going to school. Yes it is. But they missed to think long-term profit and gain. For true example, Chettri and Bahuns do not go to Arab or foreign countries for labor job; they go to school and university. They do hard studies, they suffer on having education but at the end they will qualify for 1st class officers, 2nd class officers and 3rd class officers, Lecturer, Professors, doctors, engineers, Police officers, Military officers, Ministers, Prime minister, Political Leaders, Law makers. So at the End, Chettri and Bahuns win, and we indigenous people or kirat people lose. We always become poor, suppress and powerless. Therefore, each family education is the most important for community or society developments. And we have to STOP STUPID WAY TO EARN EASY MONEY.
(2) Kirat Leaders, Kirat organization never ever focus on giving education and awareness to young generation.
Look at the Yakthum Chumlung and Kirat Rai Yayokkha. If you attend on their meeting, you hardly see any university youth or young generation kiratis. If they do not pull young people and teach to young people, Kirat organization and communities do not have bright future about their Identity, History, Culture, and Heritage, Language preservation, promotion and developments. Because Old or senior kirati generation must transfer their knowledge and skill to young kirati generation to do so. If they do not, all kirat identity will be lost and extinct. When any identity lost, it is impossible to re-write or recover. It is a dangerous matter. Therefore, we can see just in-fornt of our eyes that young kirati people dropout high school, taking drung-alcohal, being punk, focus on fun and foreign labor jobs. It is bad all result of kirat societies and communities.

In Majority and Average percentage, new kirati generation have very low IQ, Personality, and Skill, Education, personality development and general knowledge. Why? How come?
Our motherland Nepal and society problem are within us. We kirat are the problems.
We become backward because we did not choose education and skills. If we do not have education and skill, we always have to live like stupid. When people become stupid, he or she can do many stupid things. When you do stupid things, you end up in living poor and backward.
When person does not have education and skill, he or she can not see vision in his or her path and live in darkness. Then this person has to force him or herself to do in labor or low level jobs. This is the main reason that we (kirati) only choose quick and easy way to earn money by doing labor job.
Not only that, Even we kirati go to foreign land by taking high risk of life, we forget our root “where we came from?” and do expense in dirty funs. At the end, we will find ourselves broke and self-destruction. Finally, we will not find any considerable wealth, respect, happiness, education with us; we always live as backward, poor, stupid and 3rd class citizen of Nepal.
Therefore, we have to force ourselves in education. Education is a secret power of mankind, and we can only achieve our prosperous future and goal thru education, skill and knowledge.
Kirat people must do devote and sacrifice in higher education rather than looking for fun and foreign labor jobs. If we do not build up educational culture and give up poor mentality in each kirat family, we either build up a good society nor a good nation.

I have truly and deeply great doubt about this matters to new generation kirat people.
Because their 96% kirati parents are under illiterate level. They can not teach their children political, social and cultural awareness. That means kirati home education is under the think dark clouds. If kirati parents can not teach to their children at home, mostly and majority kirati children can not take right path. Very few new generation kirati aware of political, social and culture. But more than 90% new generation kirati youths are under the dark about political, social and culture of kirat. They are living in dark because of the lack of good home education and school educations. Education does not fall from the sky…. Somebody has to teach someone, someone has to learn from somebody either formally in school or informally in somewhere.
The best solution will be about education about political, social and cultural about kirat, kirati organization must include or involve to these kirati new generation youths and teach them.
