Need Movements of Self sufficient Social Development

Date Sunday, January 28th 2007, 3:43 PM Icon 28 Date 2

“Movement of Self sufficient Social Development “

All Rai, Limbu, Gurung and Magar must establish their own social organization and develop their won villages and community.

We must not expect corrupt government and political party will develop our remote villages. However, we must focus on or actively involve into (1) Nepali politics and (2) high government authorities power. We must not avoid these two powerful elements. We are too much behind on it.

We have to establish own social organization and collect money from around the world and develop remote villages infrastructures like…
(1) Road
(2) Bridge
(3) Drinking water supply
(3) Small scale or portable hydro electricity and solar panel electricity
(4) Health post & small scale hospital
(5) Post office
(6) School and colleges
(7) Small scale telegraph/fax/internet business
(8) Shopping and farmers market place (buy/sell)
(9) Court house and police post
(11) Public library and tourist information centers
(12) A standard Hotel for tourist

These are essentials basic structure must have in villages.

sure we do need to act

Date Wednesday, January 31st 2007, 10:31 PM

i beleive education to be the most top priority among all in our rural areas, n then comes health n sanitation, n others. but the thing that matters most is MONEY, yeah damn money. if we could find any resource or anything that could be source of reliable income to the locals would boost thier basic needs more thus improving in every other essential n needy fields. n we sure do need intellectuals either as politicians, doctors, accountant, army generals, teachers, etc. lets decrease our economic, social n living standard imbalance between rural kiratis n urban or abroad kiratis by at least trying hard to create opportunities for them as well.

Date Sunday, January 28th 2007, 3:52 PM

Yes, I agree with you Mumta.

We need Unity, Awareness and Actions for local village developments.

Yes, we must not left behind in Nepali politics and government.

Do not let conquer other race in Nepali politics and government high authority power. Otherwise they will make you slave and they will become your master. In fact, we are having same situation and problem in Nepal.

Do you think so people?
